Published range: not stated to $25,000

In partnership with Metropolitan’s SoCal Water$mart program, LADWP water customers can receive $5 per square foot ($3 LADWP plus $2 Metropolitan) to replace existing lawn with a qualifying low-water landscape. Residential projects must be at least 250 square feet and at most 5,000 square feet, for a published maximum of $25,000. You must get project pre-approval before removing grass or starting work, then finish within six months and submit completion photos. This is a water-service program. The current catalog has no water-utility location type, so LADWP water service is not stored as electric-utility or ZIP geography. Device rebates remain on the separate SoCal Water$mart residential path.
