Up to $1,000, or up to $1,500 on Lifeline or EZ-SAVE, plus an optional $250 meter rebate

LADWP residential electric account holders may receive up to $1,000 toward a qualifying Level 2 home charger and installation. Senior/Disability Lifeline or EZ-SAVE participants may receive an additional $500 (up to $1,500). An optional $250 dedicated EV meter rebate can be selected on the same application. The applicant must be the name on an active LADWP residential electric account. Qualifying charger models, electrical-service assessment, and installation details are not evaluated here. LADWP recommends a service assessment before installation.
