EPM is a single residential marketplace for listed products: LED lighting ($2.50), televisions ($10 or $25 Most Efficient), refrigerators ($65 or $75 Most Efficient), room air conditioners ($50 ENERGY STAR 4.2 or $100 ENERGY STAR 5.0), smart thermostats (up to $75), and room air cleaners ($50). Standing published maxima are used here; a summer 2026 limited-time increase for some ACs and thermostats is temporary and is not stored as the permanent maximum. Cool LA can add an AC rebate for customers on a qualifying LADWP discount rate (EZ-SAVE, Lifeline, life-support, or physician-certified allowance), with combined amounts described up to $225 or $275 depending on equipment. You must be an active LADWP residential electric account holder. Apply within 12 months of purchase.
