What you can get

Standing rebates up to $2,500 per heat-pump water heater or per ton of heat-pump HVAC

Up to $2,500 in potential benefit

Published range: $100 to $2,500

The Consumer Rebate Program is a single residential rebate path for listed measures. Standing published amounts include heat-pump HVAC up to $2,500 per ton, ENERGY STAR heat-pump water heaters up to $2,500 per unit, ENERGY STAR windows $2 per square foot, cool roofs up to $0.60 per square foot, whole-house fans $200, and variable-speed or variable-flow pool pumps $500. Conventional HVAC rebates of $100–$120 per ton are also listed. A summer 2026 promotion pays $750 for a qualifying pool pump purchased and installed between June 1 and September 30, 2026, with applications due by December 31, 2026; that higher amount is temporary and is not the standing maximum. You must be an LADWP residential customer with active electric service. Purchase and install before applying; applications generally must be postmarked within 12 months of purchase. Per-measure permit, rating, and documentation rules are not encoded here.
