A voucher that pays an eligible child-care provider
CAPP uses federal and state funding for vouchers at licensed or license-exempt care. Local Alternative Payment agencies administer enrollment and often have waitlists. CDSS does not publish a consumer dollar benefit. Income uses an 85% state-median-income ceiling that this site does not convert into one number.
